Amnon has over 10 years of experience organizing large scale events. He has extensive expertise in optimization of congress financials and negotiating with suppliers worldwide. He led the development of the CME Congresses online virtual congress platform which has been used to host over 200 events over with up to 15,000 participants. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Gal has over 10 years of experience in medical congress organization. She is an award-winning Senior Project Manager and Legal Counsel for CME Congresses. Gal has directed over 40 large-scale international meetings as a Senior Project Manager. Gal is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is a board-certified lawyer in New York, USA, and Israel.

Orel has over 10 years of experience in medical congress organization. Orel has managed the development of scientific programs for over 80 large-scale international meetings, working closely with project chairpersons in order to manage and implement the project across all departments. Orel holds an MBA from the Peres Academic Center in Israel and a BA in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis, CA.

Julia has a decade of expertise in organizing medical congresses, during which she has successfully managed sponsorship planning for over 100 large-scale international meetings, raising more than 20 million Euros in sponsorships. Julia holds a master’s degree from Bar-Ilan University in Israel and a certification in business management from Università Bocconi in Italy.

Adam has over 10 years of experience in medical congress organization. Adam leads the web team which develops and designs the conferences’ digital platforms and websites. He has a background in software development, web development, web design and digital marketing. Adam holds a BA in applied mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley and a computer science degree from the Interdisciplinary Center, Israel.

Einat has over 6 years of experience in medical congress organization. She managed registration and accommodation for over 60 international meetings. Einat has extensive experience in negotiating and managing hotel room blocks to maximize income and hotel commissions. Einat holds a BA in tourism and hospitality management from Ben Gurion University, Israel and an MBA in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies, Israel.

Efrat has over 10 years of experience in marketing and social media.
She manages ongoing events and webinars in the company and is in charge of social media across multiple platforms.
Efrat holds a degree in B. Design.

Ayala has over 7 years of experience in marketing and social media.
She oversees social media across multiple platforms and manages online events and webinars in the company.
Ayala holds a degree in B. Design.

Sharon oversees social media across multiple platforms and manages online webinars in the company.
She has a background in Back Office Management.
Sharon holds a degree in B. Design and a certification study in UX/UI.

Yarin manages the Recording Department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all recordings while maintaining compliance within regulations. Additionally, she is in the Registration Department, assisting with various tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
